Thank you so much for applying to live at Industry SOMA! We just want you to know a little about the timeline of your application.

1. You will be contacted by our friends at Homebase about your application. They will be your point of contact for this entire application. Please do not email info@industryatx.com about your application status. Unfortunately we will have no knowledge on your application status. This is handled completely by Homebase.
2. Please expect a follow up email by our partners at Homebase within 6 months of your
   initial application. They will let you know if you qualify for the next round, or if Industry
   SOMA is not a good fit for you. We hope you are a fit!
3. If you do qualify for the next round, our partners at Homebase will ask you for some
   additional personal and financial information.
4. All of the homes at Industry SOMA will not be ready until late 2024. Please be patient as
   we construct all 23 affordable homes!
